Stöger & Partner Newsletter
Dear clients,
At the end of the year, we traditionally send you our brochure with the changes that we will be facing in the coming year. The enclosed end-of-year checklist is new. In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the investment allowance, the investment-related profit allowance and the possibility of tax-free cost-of-living bonuses for employees. If you wish to utilise these options, you still need to take action this year.
The area of subsidies also kept our firm very busy this year. This is an area that is not really the original task of a tax consultancy firm. After the many COVID subsidies, we were particularly busy this year with the energy cost subsidy, which was often complicated by very short application deadlines. As a result, there were once again delays in the current financial statements this year, for which we apologise.
Our firm has now completed its first year in the new premises. This made it possible to expand. This year, Laura Paradeiser joined our team in the secretarial department and Nadine Baminger, Claudia Sorgner and Claudia Erdner in the accounting department.
Our long-standing employee, Mrs Herta Harrer, has retired after decades of working with us. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her once again for her commitment and we wish her all the best for the next stage of her life.
There were also some news from our staff outside of work. This year, we were able to congratulate Lisa Brandner, now Ohrfandl, Katharina Stefal, now Haselberger, and Jasmin Baumhauer on their wedding.
There were also new baby this year. We are delighted to welcome Katharina Haselberger's first daughter, Ella.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our entire team, whose high level of professionalism and commitment often went to the limit to satisfy our clients. Many thanks to you all! My special thanks go to our office manager Daniela Pichler for her outstanding commitment and thoughtful leadership!
Once again this year, we are foregoing Christmas presents and Christmas cards in favour of supporting many non-profit and charitable organisations.
On behalf of our entire team, I would like to thank you, our clients, for your cooperation, which has often lasted for decades.
We wish you all a peaceful Christmas and a successful and, above all, happy 2024.
