Dear clients!

As in previous years, we are sending you our brochure with tax changes and our year-end checklist.

This list is a helpful tool for checking whether any measures need to be taken before the end of the year. To the best of our knowledge, we draw your attention to necessary measures (e.g. investments before the end of the year to make the most of the tax-free profit allowance), but we still recommend going through the list individually. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A lot has happened within the firm. In June, we hired Marion Fleischhacker as an accountant, Benedikt Tillich joined our tax department as a prospective tax consultant in October and Jakob Reiss is working with us as a trainee until he leaves for his military service.

In August, Stephan Stöger has successfully passed his final apprenticeship exam. We extend our warmest congratulations to him.

There are also two new "office babies": Julia Bauer gave birth to her daughter Rosalie in January and Lisa Ohrfandl gave birth to her son Felix in September. We are very happy for both of them.

This year, we have invested heavily in training for our employees. In addition to numerous courses and seminars, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, employees attended training events organised by our UHY International network in London, Málaga, Marrakesh and Lucerne. In addition to local expertise, this enables our employees to look beyond their own horizons to see how solutions to problems work in other countries.

The fact that we always try to bring our employees from all six locations together also contributes to this. This year, for example, we invited our colleagues from all three countries to Horn and the Wachau and, in addition to socialising, there was also plenty of opportunity for professional exchange.

A company is only as good as its employees. I know that we have a very competent and committed team and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them very much. My thanks go in particular to our office manager Daniela Pichler, who has already celebrated her 15th - anniversary as office manager this year and has been with Stöger & Partner for 23 years.

That you, our clients, also appreciate the professionalism of our team may be seen through the fact that so many of you have been with us for decades and that we have had virtually no clients leave us. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for this loyalty.

Similar to the previous years, instead of sending Christmas cards and presents, we are donating the designated amount to numerous non-profit and charitable organizations.
