Information on the protection of personal data
The protection of your personal data is our highest concern.

1. Who is the processor of your personal data
The processor of your personal data is the company AUDITOR, spol. s r.o., with a head office at Haštalská 6, 110 00 Praha 1.
2. The purpose of collecting and processing your personal data
We collect and process your personal data for the agreed purpose with your consent only, or, if there is another legal reason in accordance with the GDPR and other privacy regulations.
3. What personal data we do process
We only process personal data necessary to provide our accounting, payroll and tax services.
4. The right to access and delete your personal data
At any time, as our client you have the right to access your personal data we collect about you, as well as the right to update the data, to object or restrict its processing, as well as the right to block or delete the data, provided the application of your right will not harm our tax advisor's duties under a special law nor any other legal obligation to collect the data.
Please let us know if your personal data are going to be changed. At any time, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. Your request to access, delete, update, transfer or object the right of processing of your personal data can be delivered to our above mentioned office address.
5. The security of personal data
The protection of your personal data is secured through appropriate technical and organizational measures. These measures relate primarily to protection against unlawful or accidental access, processing, loss, use and handling of data. We can not be held responsible for the disclosure of information as a result of a personal data processing error that we not have caused, or that was caused by an unauthorized access by third parties.
6. The use of personal data
We will not process your personal data for other purposes than those agreed in the contract for which you have given us your consent or which result from the GDPR or other legislation.
7. Transmission of personal data to third parties
Your personal data can be transmitted to other processors in connertion with our legal duties (particularly to the bodies of state administration). The data transmission is carried out strictly in accordance with the GDPR in order to fulfill the contract, or based on your prior consent.
8. Notification of personal data breaches
We strive to ensure that any possible personal data breach is identified as soon as possible and that you or the competent authority will be notified without undue delay about the breach of the personal data category concerned.
9. Retention of personal data
The retention of personal data will not last for a longer period than is necessary to meet our contractual or legal obligations or to prevent premises liability claims.
