Merger of the Mader & Fellmann office Horn

The tax consultancy company Stöger & Partner, which operates in Austria, the Czech Republic, and the Slovak Republic (as AUDITOR in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic) is continually expanding. In April 2011, the company merged with a well-established tax consultancy office which operates in the Lower-Austrian Horn.
Stöger & Partner was established in 1941, with the office in Horn opening in 1991. Through its merger with the Mader & Fellmann office, it became one of the biggest offices of its kind in the Waldviertel region. There are 16 employees available to the clients for services in tax consultancy, financial accounting and final accounts, personnel and payroll administration, etc. The original owner of the adopted company, Dr. Fellmann, comments on the situation, “Thanks to the fact that both offices have approximately a similar size, structure of clients, and corporate culture, current clients of the Mader & Fellmann GmbH company can rely on being taken care of.”
The merged company, which will operate under the name Stöger & Partner, will transfer its activity this Autumn from Wiener Straße to its premises on Riedenburgstraße, where it will continue to be fully available to its clients to provide accounting services and tax consultancy.
