Just prior to the Christmas holidays, the president signed into law the so-called stabilization package along with an extensive
amendment of the VAT Act. We addressed the individual provisions of these laws in our previous Information for Clients
newsletters. Herewith, we take the opportunity to summarize the final, approved form of these laws, as well as to draw
attention to further significant changes that have come with the New Year.
